Competition Terms and Conditions - AMIRRA TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR May Monthly competition

COMPETITION

The Competition is a prize draw and will begin on the 14th May 2021 11am EST and close at 11.59pm EST on the 29th June 2021. To enter the Competition, entrants must sign up and enter their name and email and ticking the box agreeing to the terms and conditions.

An entrant can request to have their name and email address removed from the Waitlist at any time by contacting us at memberservices@aimrra.org.
 

PRIZE

There is 1 prize which will be drawn at random: Custom Resume written by our HEDIS Experts.

COMPETITION PERIOD

The competition will open at and will begin on the 14th May 2021 11am EST and close at 11.59pm EST on the 29th June 2021. (“Closing Date”). Entries made before these dates and times shall not be eligible.
 

HOW TO ENTER

a) All entrants will need to enter the sign up page via the link in email or on

www.aimrra.org homepage which will take them to the sign-up page during the Competition Period. The entrant will need to sign up by entering their name and email and ticking the box agreeing to the terms and conditions during the Competition Period in order to be entered.

b) Only one entry for each entrant will be considered, multiple entries will not be counted.

ELIGIBILITY AND PARTICIPATING COUNTRIES

a) You must be aged 16 or over to enter the Competition. We will need proof of age on acceptance of the prize.

b) In entering the Competition, entrants confirm that they are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the Prize.

c) It will be the Promoter’s sole decision as to whether any eligibility requirement has or has not been met and the Promoter may require evidence or confirmation from entrants before awarding prizes.

d) The following groups are excluded from participating:

e). Employees of the Promoter and its associated companies or group;

f). Anyone professionally associated with the Competition, including employees of AIMRRA/subsidiaries and retailers.

g). Members of the immediate families or households of (a) to (b) above.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

a) All valid competition entries submitted during the Competition Period will be entered into the prize draw.

b) Winner selection will be randomly selected by a computerized generator, selecting only from the entrants who have signed up during the Competition Period.

c) The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner within 7 days of the Closing Date of the Competition (“Announcement Date”). If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available or has not claimed their prize within 7 days from the Announcement Date, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the Prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the Closing Date.

d) The Promoter will send the name and country of the winner to anyone who writes within one month after the Closing Date of the competition requesting details of the winner and who encloses a self-addressed envelope to the Promoter’s address set out at the beginning of these terms.

e) The Prize will be dispatched to the email supplied by the winning entrant via recorded delivery within 28 days of the Announcement Date. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for the prize being lost or delayed in the post.
 

CLAIMING THE PRIZE

a) The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available or has not claimed their prize within 7 days of the Announcement Date, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the Prize to the next eligible entrant selected from all eligible entries that were received before the Closing Date.

b) The Prize may not be claimed by a third party on the entrant’s behalf. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if the entrant is not able to take up the Prize.
